Can I use my own caterer?

Yes you can. We have a relationship with the amazing team at the Pelagic Hospitality Group but are open to your caterers as well.

Do you have restroom facilities on site?

Depending on the size of your group you may need to rent facilities. For small groups inside of the house of course you may use the restrooms. For small parties in the farm we can include our Airstream for a fee.

Can I come visit?

Of course, site checks are welcome. Please schedule with us.

What about large events?

We have some lovely flat spaces on the farm ready for a tented event. Our access to Highway 1 and close proximity to hotels in Half Moon Bay make this an ideal space for big events. There are excellent companies nearby for renting tents, tables, chairs, heaters and anything else you may need.

What is required for us to host an event at Stardust Gardens?

You will need to pay us a rental fee and provide proof of event insurance that names us as additional insured. This is standard practice and there are many companies that offer single day event insurance as most wedding and event venues require this. If you are serving alcohol it must be served by a company or bartender with a proper license. If you are using an event planner they will be able to walk you through all of these details. And of course we are happy to help!

What about travel and hospitality?

Our ranch is just a few minutes south of the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay. There are many high quality lodging options nearby as well. The closest airport for your guests is San Francisco International Airport. San Jose is also a great option for a smaller airport experience.
